NewGlobe is seeking a Regional Director, Academics to drive educational outcomes across schools in Nigeria. This role involves co-managing and functionally supporting Academic Directors, acting as a bridge between territories and Shared Services, and ensuring the effective execution of academic programs.
He/she will Collaborate with stakeholders to collect input, engage in ongoing dialogue, and generate buy-in for core elements of the academic programme.

- Ensuring Academic Directors have clear work plans aligned with the Academic Plan.
- Managing Academic Directors to deliver high-value academic programs.
- Supporting Academic Directors to become persuasive advocates for academic programs.
- Facilitating coordination between territories and Shared Services.
- Managing Academic Plans using standardized systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; graduate degrees preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience working in education.
- Experience in education consulting and team management.
- Data-driven with experience managing high-performance cultures.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
