Job Description
DLH Corp is seeking a ServiceNow Application Administrator to provide technical support for managing and maintaining various ServiceNow custom applications. The administrator will champion the adoption of supported application services and interface with business users to train them on the application's functions and capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the operational health of the ServiceNow online environment.
  • Administration, support, and configuration of application feature tools.
  • Working in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment.
  • Participating in gathering and analysis of business requirements.
  • Delivering a consistent process for incident and problem escalation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology and five (5) years of experience or equivalent.
  • Progressive experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Office 365.
  • ServiceNow Administrator experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience with Nuvolo Space and Reservations System Application (desired).
  • Expert Level Analysis Skills using Excel or other similar tools (desired).
  • Ability to prioritize activities for the development/support team (desired).
  • ServiceNow certifications (desired).
