Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Shipment Expeditor to manage the efficient transportation of goods. This role involves coordinating with planners, 3PLs, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in international import/export and transportation management systems.

Role Involves:
- Decreasing transit time on urgent freight requests.
- Coordinating with production planners on expedited freight specifications and timing.
- Reviewing and tracking all assigned orders.
- Ensuring proper approvals and financial governance policies are followed.
- Tracking freight milestones and providing updates to leadership.
- Solving shipping delays and working within ERP and TMS systems.
- Collaborating with various departments for seamless shipment handoffs.
Requirements:
- Prior international import/export experience, preferably with a 3PL.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Expertise and attention to detail in logistics/transportation.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- HS Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience as an Expeditor.
- Shipment Track and Trace experience preferred.
