Lucid Motors is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations and enhance employee experiences. This role involves maintaining and refining existing HR programs, driving process improvement, and supporting onboarding initiatives. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. They will sustain and incrementally improve existing HR processes and programs to maintain high-quality employee experiences. This position will work closely with and support the local Human Resources team.
Role involves:
- Providing administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
- Managing employee databases, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and complaints.
- Providing pre-boarding preparation and onboarding support and provide a positive employee experience.
- Processing various documents related to human resources activities.
- Assisting with researching and providing information related to company policies, pieces of training, and other human resource programs.
- I9 verification, I9 re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
- Answering HR Helpdesk employee inquiries by providing answers, guidance, and resources.
- Maintaining a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement toward Operational Excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.
- 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or as an Administrative Support, or Masters Degree in HR or other applicable field.
- Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Focus on employee data accuracy and integrity.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
