Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Automotive Interior Lighting Systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in managing cross-functional automotive projects, especially those involving advanced opto-electronic systems. The candidate will support the execution of opto-electronic component programs, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards. They will coordinate program schedules, maintain strong communication across teams, and track key deliverables.

Role involves:
  • Supports the execution of opto-electronic component programs.
  • Coordinates program schedules and action plans.
  • Maintains communication across teams.
  • Tracks key deliverables and supports issue tracking.
  • Assists in defining technical requirements.
  • Participates in supplier reviews, product builds, and testing phases.
  • Supports root-cause analysis and change management.
  • Collaborates with other TPMs and engineering managers.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
  • Familiarity with product development life cycles.
  • Understanding of automotive industry workflows.
  • Experience managing project schedules and tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
