Job Description

BTIG is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its Investment Banking and Capital Markets Team in New York. This role involves all aspects of BTIG's Debt and Equity-Linked Capital Markets business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the potential to take on a significant role in transaction execution by providing day-to-day support to senior bankers and clients while also providing professional guidance to junior team members. BTIG combines an entrepreneurial platform with analytical rigor.

Role Involves:

• Supporting origination, structuring, and deal execution.
• Leading deal execution and functioning as a key point of contact.
• Working with legal counsel on documentation for transactions.
• Preparing offering memoranda, financial models, and proposals.
• Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence.
• Assisting in the development of client relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing recommendations.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• At least 3 years of investment banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 79 complete.
• Proficiency in mathematics and/or computer programming is preferred.
