Senior UX Designer

Job Description

ConnectWise, a leading software company, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team in Pune. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and on-site work.

The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with core teams in a fast-paced SaaS/Agile environment to create a best-in-class user experience for ConnectWise's suite of web applications. They will lead the design process from research to high-fidelity design, communicate ideas effectively, and build stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with core teams to understand product requirements and user journeys.
• Proactively identify issues and advocate for change.
• Deliver UI/UX artifacts, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Design and provide feedback on workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Embed design-thinking processes around rapid prototyping and testing.
• Maintain design consistency using the Design System.
• Mentor junior UX designers.

Requirements:

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
