Sr. Meter Data Management Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Job Description

Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. is seeking a Meter Data Management (MDM) Analyst for a one-year contract. The MDM Analyst will be responsible for key aspects of meter data management, including setup, system installation, and data analysis. This role supports accurate energy measurement, collaborates with teams on meter operations, and maintains reports and documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Support the operation and monitoring of meter data collection and management systems.
• Assist in the acquisition, validation, and basic editing of interval data.
• Perform preliminary validation of load profiles.
• Monitor meter data management systems and report performance issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Client Success by preparing and sharing interval data.
• Help with the registration, commissioning, and auditing of meter installations.
• Assist in diagnosing potential issues with meters or installations.
• Work closely with Certified Meter Mechanics/Testers to provide basic support for technical issues in field operations.
• Help liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on suite meter installations and data communication tasks.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in the sub-metering industry or adjacent segment.
• University degree or college diploma in engineering, data science, or related field.
• Knowledge of Submetering Industry, Meter Data Management system, VEE, and Market Rules would be an asset.
• Demonstrated advanced ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
