NewGlobe is seeking a Regional Director, Research, Measurement & Evaluation to lead a team focused on assessing the quality of teaching and learning. This role involves co-designing and conducting evaluation reports to estimate the impact of the NewGlobe program. The Regional Director will support the growth of managers in data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality data delivery to decision-makers. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with government counterparts, collaborate with diverse individuals, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves:
  • Directing the execution of research studies.
  • Managing Research, Measurement and Evaluation personnel.
  • Developing plans and managing projects.
  • Establishing data reporting protocols.
  • Accommodating requests for quick analyses.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Excel, Stata, SAS, or R.
  • An advanced degree in a relevant academic discipline.
  • 5 years of experience using quantitative methods.
  • Expertise in Education Assessments.
