NewGlobe is seeking a Regional Director, Research, Measurement & Evaluation to lead a team focused on assessing the quality of teaching and learning. This role involves co-designing and conducting evaluation reports to estimate the impact of the NewGlobe program. The Regional Director will support the growth of managers in data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality data delivery to decision-makers. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with government counterparts, collaborate with diverse individuals, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Role involves:
- Directing the execution of research studies.
- Managing Research, Measurement and Evaluation personnel.
- Developing plans and managing projects.
- Establishing data reporting protocols.
- Accommodating requests for quick analyses.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with Excel, Stata, SAS, or R.
- An advanced degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- 5 years of experience using quantitative methods.
