Business Development Manager, Cryptoassets

Job Description

DRW is seeking a Business Development Manager for its cryptoasset arm, Cumberland, in Singapore. Cumberland is a global leader in cryptoassets, bridging traditional financial markets and the crypto ecosystem. The Business Development Manager will focus on expanding the token liquidity provision business globally. This role involves sourcing deal flow, understanding the crypto ecosystem, managing projects from start to finish, negotiating agreements, and representing Cumberland at industry events.

• Sourcing deal-flow from new and existing protocols
• Developing a network of crypto-native partners
• Managing projects from initial discussions through onboarding
• Working with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements
• Representing Cumberland’s brand at industry events

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry
• Proven track record in liquidity provision
• High sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Proven team-player
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Well organized and ability to multitask
• Fluency in English
