Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a skilled Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The ideal candidate will manage global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. This role involves managing all study stages, from proposal development to completion, while maintaining client relationships and managing budgets. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to drive quality and coordinate study activities.
  • Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
  • Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
  • Actively contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
  • Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.
  • Degree in life science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a full-service Project Management role within the CRO industry.
  • 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in clinical trial Project Management.
  • Experience managing studies within Oncology.
  • Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
