Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a skilled Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The ideal candidate will manage global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role involves managing all study stages, from proposal development to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the client, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
- Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
- Actively contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
- Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.
Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
- 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills and computer proficiency.
- Proven ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
