Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a skilled and passionate Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology. The ideal candidate will manage clinical projects across global/regional (Phases I-IV) trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. This role involves managing all study stages, from proposal development to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
• Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
• Actively contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
• Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.

Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
• 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
• Experience managing studies within Oncology.
• Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint).
• Ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
