Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The role involves managing global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will be involved in all study stages, from proposal development to completion, managing client relationships, project teams, and budgets.Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
  • Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
  • Actively contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
  • Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.
Requirements:
  • Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
  • 5-7 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
  • Experience managing studies within Oncology.
  • Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
