Precision for Medicine seeks a Manager for their Clinical Science Analytics & Insights team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, or Serbia. The Manager will oversee the CSAI team, focusing on career development, resource allocation, and ensuring data quality. They will act as a subject matter expert, supporting departmental initiatives and best practices.This position involves:

• Managing and developing CSAI personnel.
• Supporting departmental initiatives and business development.
• Ensuring resources are appropriately assigned to projects.
• Providing career development and support to minimize turnover.
• Participating in business development activities.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
• 2-3 years of direct supervisory experience managing CRAs.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
