Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager for their Clinical Science Analytics & Insights team. This role is fully remote and can be based in Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, or Serbia.This Manager will be responsible for the management and career development of CSAI personnel. They will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting departmental initiatives, business development, best practices, and training. The focus will be on ensuring the right resources are assigned to projects and have the necessary tools for success. The Manager will also provide career development and support to minimize turnover and maintain high employee satisfaction.Role Involves:
  • Day-to-day management of direct reports and departmental initiatives.
  • Development of direct reports through goal setting, performance reviews, and mentoring.
  • Ensuring onboarding and functional training for direct reports.
  • Communicating strategic direction and supporting career development.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Participating in the CSAI functional management team.
  • Supporting project and financial management.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to other departments.
  • Supporting internal and cross-functional communication.
  • Developing and modifying policies and processes.
  • Preparing routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Supporting a continuous risk management approach.
  • Managing complex challenges related to people and process.
  • Ensuring systems and processes produce quality work efficiently.
  • Supporting appropriate resource allocation and utilization.
  • Participating in business development activities.
  • Participating in department, company, vendor, and client meetings.
  • Developing and presenting departmental trainings.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Implementing alternative solutions to business challenges.
  • Collaborating with Learning & Development on training initiatives.
  • Consulting with project teams on project-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related discipline.
  • 8 years of clinical research experience.
  • Experience with oncological clinical trials.
  • 2-3 years of direct supervisory experience managing CRAs.
  • Experience creating development programs for clinical staff.
  • Experience developing evaluation processes and performing gap analysis.
  • Experience with electronic data capture systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional use of the English language.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
