Role Involves: - Proactively addressing client impacts and operational friction.
- Assessing client requirements, developing solutions, and presenting compelling offerings.
- Identifying up-sell opportunities and expanding product/service portfolio.
- Conveying client needs to Product Development.
- Managing complex internal processes and exception requests.
- Conducting market research for strategic planning.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, or product roles within the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
