    Role Involves:
  • Proactively addressing client impacts and operational friction.
  • Assessing client requirements, developing solutions, and presenting compelling offerings.
  • Identifying up-sell opportunities and expanding product/service portfolio.
  • Conveying client needs to Product Development.
  • Managing complex internal processes and exception requests.
  • Conducting market research for strategic planning.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, or product roles within the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
