The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, generating value, and supporting client needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new trends and possess strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills.Role responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer impacts and operational friction proactively.
- Evaluating customer requirements and developing solutions.
- Identifying upsell opportunities and expanding the product/service portfolio.
- Communicating customer needs to Product Development.
- Managing internal processes and exception requests.
- Conducting market research for strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, or product roles in the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
