Ebury Bank is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Executive (API Solutions) to be the voice of the customer. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, generating value, and supporting client needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new trends and possess strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills.Role responsibilities include:
  • Addressing customer impacts and operational friction proactively.
  • Evaluating customer requirements and developing solutions.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and expanding the product/service portfolio.
  • Communicating customer needs to Product Development.
  • Managing internal processes and exception requests.
  • Conducting market research for strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, or product roles in the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
