Ebury is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth in their UK & EMEA client portfolio. This role is based in Ebury's London office. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Ebury's client base and revenue. They will be responsible for creating and driving demand across multiple industry verticals including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, Expense Management etc, for our mass payments offering.Ebury is a leading global fintech company that empowers businesses to trade and grow internationally. It offers a comprehensive suite of products, including international payments and collections, FX risk management, trade finance, and API integrations.
Role Involves: - Nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke, complex mass payment solutions.
- Creating and driving demand across multiple industry verticals.
- Coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams.
- Operating at all organisational levels, including C-suite.
Requirements: - 8+ years of hunting sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
- Capable of managing long sales timelines (6-12 months).
- Effective at working with other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Hunter mindset with ease in initiating conversations with prospects.
- Able to develop a sales pipeline independently.
- Proven ability to cross/up-sell solutions.
- Capable of creating and delivering presentations to c-suite individuals.
