Job Description
Ebury is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth within their UK & EMEA client portfolio. This role is based in High Wycombe. The Enterprise Sales Manager will focus on nurturing enterprise clients and crafting bespoke mass payment solutions. They will be responsible for demand generation across various industries, including Payroll, Insurance, and Pension. This individual contributor role requires coordination with internal support and technical teams, engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
Role Involves:
- Creating and driving demand for mass payments offering.
- Coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams.
- Operating at all organisational levels, including C-suite.
- Managing long sales timelines (6-12 months) and consistently ‘nurturing’ leads.
- Creating and delivering presentations to c-suite individuals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hunting sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
- Deep understanding of mass payment rails (e.g. BACS, Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT, FX management, API integrations).
- Effective at working with other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Hunter mindset with ease in initiating conversations with prospects.
- Ability to develop a sales pipeline independently.
- Proven ability to cross/up-sell solutions.
