NewGlobe is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Project Director to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team. This role serves as a co-strategist, implementer, and trusted advisor to ensure streamlined activities and the execution of strategic initiatives. The Project Director will play a crucial role in improving the daily management of the organization based on the Managing Director's priorities.
Role Involves:
- Managing and updating the program operational calendar.
- Ensuring follow-through on actions and commitments.
- Attending functional team meetings to stay informed.
- Assessing inquiries and delegating tasks.
- Facilitating effective decision-making.
- Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Preparing business performance and market analysis.
- Overseeing the activities of the School Inspection team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
- 5+ years of executive level experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Solid functional knowledge in strategy, operations, HR, supply chain, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and mastery of presentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Strong-willed and a fast learner.
