Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to expand its client portfolio across Canada. This role is based in the Toronto office. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of Ebury's Canada wide client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke mass payment solutions. They should possess a deep understanding of mass payment rails and how they deliver effective outcomes for clients.
Role Involves:
- Creating and driving demand for mass payments across various industries.
- Coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams.
- Operating at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hunting sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
- Ability to manage long sales timelines and nurture leads.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Hunter mindset with ease in initiating conversations.
- Ability to develop a sales pipeline independently.
- Proven ability to cross/up-sell solutions.
- Capable of delivering presentations to c-suite individuals.
