Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to expand its client portfolio in the MENA region. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke mass payment solutions.
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving demand across various industries, including Payroll, Insurance, and Pension, for Ebury's mass payments offering. This individual contributor role involves coordinating with internal support and technical teams and operating at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
Role Involves:
- Creating and driving demand for mass payments solutions.
- Nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke solutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Presenting to and engaging with C-suite individuals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hunting sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
- Capable of managing long sales timelines (6-12 months) and consistently nurturing leads.
- Effective at working with other stakeholders.
- Hunter mindset with natural ease in initiating conversations with cold and warm prospects.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
