The PL/SR QA Manual will work in partnership with internal business stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop next-generation software products.
• Engage in a fully agile development process with frequent releases.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Perform functional, user interface, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Create effective test plans, design test cases, and execute them for new features and change requests.
• Analyze issues detected during test execution and collaborate with developers to validate corrections.
• Identify bugs through manual testing and clearly communicate findings.
• Test devices on various mobile platforms and operating systems.

Requirements:

• Advanced English for conversation (international project).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with practical experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Ability to execute scripts provided by automation testers.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines and communicate test failures.
• Previous experience with load/performance testing tools (desirable).
