Job Description

Wellhub is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join their Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features, focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. He/she will bring expertise in architecture and design processes, diving into complex technical problems and creating new solutions to meet emerging needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features.
  • Bring expertise in architecture and design processes.
  • Create new solutions to meet emerging needs.
  • Work in agile development and quick prototypes.
  • Engage in coding to develop solutions and solve problems.
  • Make quick and smart decisions affecting product outcomes.
  • Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO.
  • Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog.
  • Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura).
  • Maintain quality from every feature developed.
  • Assume responsibility for initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Aura and Web Components.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Experience in Agile ecosystems.
  • Passion for new technologies and problem-solving.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
  • Ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
