Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking a dedicated Aide à domicile (H/F) in Montpellier. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) under a mandate status, available in both part-time and full-time arrangements.Ouihelp prioritizes adapting missions to the employee's daily life, offering a stable schedule with consistent hours and days. Missions are designed to be at least one hour long to minimize travel and foster strong relationships with beneficiaries and their families.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily essential tasks
• Supporting beneficiaries and their families

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's internal training program
