Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated Assistant de vie (H/F) in Castelnau-Le-Lez. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life and independence. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) under a mandate status, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience if you complete Ouihelp's paid internal training upon joining
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
