Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated Assistant de vie (H/F) for CDI positions in Montpellier. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life.
Role Involves:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Performing essential gestures of daily life
Requirements:
- A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's internal training program
