Job Description

Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is looking for home helpers or personal assistants to work with elderly people. The role is a permanent contract (CDI) as an agent, part-time or full-time, in Lattes. Ouihelp adapts missions to the employee's daily life, offering a stable schedule from week to week, filled to the desired number of hours/days, with no mission lasting less than one hour. This optimizes travel and allows the employee to build a strong relationship with beneficiaries and their families.Ouihelp provides personalized support, a dedicated contact person for all questions, and innovative digital tools to facilitate daily life and administrative procedures. The role involves providing companionship and essential daily tasks.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship to elderly individuals
• Assisting with essential daily tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or 3 years of experience minimum in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our internal paid training upon arrival).
