Job Description
Ouihelp is seeking a Manager for Strategy, M&A, and Integration to spearhead its external growth strategy, focusing on acquisitions within the home care services sector. This role involves driving the group's external growth through sourcing and closing deals, as well as leading strategic and tactical projects related to organizational transformation. The Manager will work closely with top management, including the CODIR Group and regional directors, on strategic issues.

Role involves:
  • Piloting projects related to organizational transformation and process structuring.
  • Facilitating human integration between historical teams and acquired companies.
  • Conducting strategic, financial, and operational analyses for M&A activities.
  • Managing M&A deals, including sourcing, qualification, and coordination.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in consulting, strategic project management, or M&A.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and make quick decisions.
  • Autonomy and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort in both executive and operational settings.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail.
