Ouihelp is seeking a Legal Advisor to support beneficiaries, families, and sector managers. This role involves providing legal support for contract management, disciplinary actions, and occupational health matters. The Legal Advisor will also handle disputes, incidents, and claims, while ensuring legal compliance across agencies.
Role Involves:
- Legal support for contract lifecycle
- Handling disciplinary matters and contract terminations

Requirements:
- Legal knowledge in labor law, especially contract termination procedures
- Interest in personal services and caregiver professions
- Comfortable with phone communication and active listening
