Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The ideal candidate will manage global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. This role involves managing all study stages, from proposal development to completion, while maintaining client relationships and coordinating the project team. The Project Manager will work within a cross-functional team, driving quality and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities: - Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
- Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
- Actively contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
- Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.
Requirements: - Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
- 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
