Job Description
Precision for Medicine, a CRO, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The role involves managing global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will be involved in all study stages, from proposal development to completion, managing client relationships, project teams, and budgets.
Responsibilities: - Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the client, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
- Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
- Contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
- Prepare and review study documentation, such as protocols and informed consents.
Requirements: - Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
- 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
