Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. This role involves managing global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will be involved in all study stages, from proposal development to completion, managing client relationships, project teams, and budgets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to drive quality and coordinate study activities.

Role Involves:
  • Leading clinical projects independently.
  • Serving as the primary point-of-contact with clients.
  • Managing all aspects of clinical research trials, including data management, safety, and biostatistics.
  • Preparing project status updates for clients and management.
  • Contributing to efficient trial management and execution.
  • Preparing and reviewing study documentation.

Requirements:
  • Degree in life science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
  • 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
  • Experience managing studies within Oncology.
  • Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
