Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee full-service clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS. The ideal candidate will manage global/regional Phase I-IV trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, cost, and quality. This role involves managing all study stages, from proposal development to completion, and requires strong client relationship and team management skills. The Project Manager will work in a cross-functional team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality.Role involves:
- Leading clinical projects independently.
- Serving as the primary point-of-contact with clients.
- Handling all aspects of clinical research trials.
- Preparing project status updates.
- Contributing to efficient trial management and execution.
- Preparing and reviewing study documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in life science or related field.
- Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
- 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in full-service Project Management.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS.
