Job Description
QuartzBio is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sales efforts, drive growth, and build strategic partnerships. The Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building relationships with key accounts. They will also identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle.
- Developing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of IT products.
- 4+ years of SaaS or product experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
