Coursera is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the Coursera for Business (C4B) Go-To-Market strategy. This role involves shaping and implementing a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive growth for C4B, a key business line serving businesses worldwide. The Director will collaborate with various teams, including regional field marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, and PR/Comms teams.Coursera is committed to providing universal access to world-class learning and is looking for someone passionate about revolutionizing education.Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Coursera for Business globally.
  • Develop and activate a global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to evolve marketing foundation and processes.
  • Establish communication channels and feedback loops with Coursera for Business leadership.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of global marketers.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of Enterprise SaaS marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience building global marketing strategies.
  • Analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience across demand generation, brand and content, enablement, events, ABM and marketing technology
