NewGlobe, an organization dedicated to transforming public education systems, is seeking a Regional Director for Policy and Partnerships. This role involves overseeing partner relationships for all NewGlobe programs (excluding Nigeria) and managing diverse stakeholders. The Regional Director will be the main point of contact between the program, the government, and other key stakeholders, ensuring program understanding and support.
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Account management to sustain operations.
- Coordinating stakeholder sessions and government workshops.
- Ensuring timely communication between stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree with superior academic performance.
- Over 10 years’ experience in government program delivery or account management.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience building complex relationships to ensure program delivery.
- Knowledge of government issues related to primary education.
