Job Description
Tanso is seeking a People & Recruiting Working Student to join their People & Culture team in Munich. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to climate impact by helping the company hire talented individuals and improve talent processes. The student will focus on promoting Tanso as an employer of choice and attracting new talent.
Role involves:
- Active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinating the interview process.
- Employer branding initiatives.
- Cross-team collaboration.
- Building scalable People Ops processes.
- Shaping the Tanso experience.
- Supporting team events and feedback cycles.
Requirements:
- Living in or willing to relocate to Munich.
- Pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- Ideally C1 level English.
- C2 level German.
