Job Description
LastPass is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development and maintenance of the LastPass Authenticator mobile applications for Android and iOS. This role involves leading two agile teams operating in Scrum, with full ownership of mobile feature development. The Engineering Manager will ensure the teams have the necessary skills, tools, and support to deliver high-quality projects, manage delivery timelines, and take ownership of technical challenges.
Role Involves:
- Leading two agile teams in Scrum.

- Taking ownership of technical challenges.
- Guiding teams through changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a people management or team leadership role within engineering.
- Hands-on experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong track record of contributing to high-traffic, user-facing products.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong focus on quality and a customer-first approach.
- End-to-end ownership mentality.
- Commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience interacting with customers, product managers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and proficiency in leading change.
- Collaborative spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Adaptability and a quick learner in dynamic environments.
- Empathetic, approachable, and able to build strong team rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
