Job Description
LastPass is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to be the go-to Subject Matter Expert for operations, automation, and campaign launches within Marketo. This role is responsible for ensuring the enterprise lead funnel is best in class and that campaigns, launches, and world-class events are executed flawlessly and efficiently. The Campaign Operations Manager will optimize and govern systems and processes, ensuring the team innovates, grows, and thrives. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail- and process-oriented, customer-centric, and analytical team member who is comfortable communicating across both non-technical and technical audiences.
Role involves:
- Leading the development and implementation of campaign operations processes.
- Managing campaign workflows from setup through execution.
- Handling various marketing automation requests.
- Optimizing campaign performance through monitoring, testing, and iteration.
- Creating functional program templates and scalable strategies.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.
- Establishing and maintaining data governance practices.
- Continuously assessing and refining campaign workflows.
- Identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Marketo, Salesforce, marketing automation, intent-based data tools, and marketing technologies.
- Advanced campaign operations experience and business acumen.
- Strong technical abilities and working knowledge of Marketo.
- Proven history of crafting and delivering impactful marketing campaign programs.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
- Marketo Certification.
