What this role involves: - Structuring complex deals for key accounts.
- Building expertise in Axon’s product catalog and quoting tools.
- Supporting sales reps with deal guidance and non-standard quote requests.
- Analyzing customer contracts to ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
- Maintaining accuracy in Salesforce (CRM).
- Participating in testing for new product launches and system updates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners for timely deal execution.
- Contributing to team-wide projects and process improvements.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations.
- Strong finance orientation and attention to detail.
- Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive mindset and collaborative approach.
