NewGlobe is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and building NewGlobe's portfolio of data products to help transform education systems worldwide. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the product portfolio meets customer needs and business goals. He/she will report to the Director of Product Management and closely collaborate with Engineering, BI, Analytics and Design teams.
- Drive definition of the data products.
- Coordinate the strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, management, and prioritization of the product roadmap.
- Define and set up product success metrics.
- Coordinate roll-out plans and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Define and set up testing and experiments.
- 5+ years experience in product management, data analytics or engineering.
- Proven track record of managing a product throughout its whole lifecycle.
- Experience working with data science and BI teams.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
