E-Commerce Activation Manager (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking an E-Commerce Activation Manager to drive the success of ESN and contribute to its growth. In this role, the individual will be central to the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns. They will develop tailored campaign strategies, work closely with influencer, creative, and tech teams, and actively contribute to expanding the brand presence. This position offers the opportunity to take on both strategic and operative responsibilities, shaping the digital future of ESN.

Role Involves:

• Planning and managing campaigns, defining actions and discount mechanisms for ESN.
• Analyzing the target audience and developing tailored campaigns.
• Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure actions stay on track and timelines are met.
• Evaluating KPIs and campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Presenting results and recommendations in regular meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce or campaign management, ideally from a consultancy or D2C brand.
• Ability to work independently and operatively with great attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with executives and contributing to important decisions.
• Structured, analytical approach with an affinity for numbers.
• Team player with enjoyment in interdisciplinary work.
• Excellent German and English skills; Dutch or Spanish language skills are advantageous.
