Job Description
CD Baby, a leading digital distribution platform for independent artists, is seeking an Artist Services Representative. This role involves supporting artists in navigating the platform and maximizing their revenue. The position is full-time and predominantly remote, based in Manila, NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to artists.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of artist submissions.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Expand knowledge of the music industry and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the music industry or with DSPs.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Familiarity with the music industry, copyright, and digital distribution.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
