Job Description
Stone Co., a technology and financial services company, is seeking a Junior External Salesperson to join their team in Guarulhos, SP. This role focuses on supporting Brazilian entrepreneurship by transforming the payments industry. The company prides itself on a customer-centric approach and a vibrant, challenging work environment.He/she will work in external routine, in the Door-to-Door (PaP) model to prospect new clients on the route of the pole. The schedule will be from 1 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Friday.Role Involves:
  • Prospecting new clients through door-to-door sales in the assigned area.
  • Presenting Stone's services, solutions, and conditions to potential clients.
  • Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
  • Providing excellent customer service during the initial months of the agreement.
Requirements:
  • Completed high school education.
  • High potential for sales with good communication skills and enjoyment in meeting new people.
  • Desirable negotiation and commercial approach skills.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner.
Stone Co. Offers:
  • Fixed salary of R$ 2,500.00 plus a variable base of R$ 1,500.00.
