Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse Management EWM to lead the implementation of core enterprise systems. This role involves cross-functional business processes, coordination of core business data, and delivery of business-enabling solutions. The Sr. Manager will bridge technical and functional aspects, engaging with teams across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Engineering.

Role involves:
  • Providing SAP functional and design experience for key projects.
  • Managing and leading a team of EWM business analysts.
  • Collaborating with Material planning, manufacturing teams, Inventory managers, Shipping and receiving teams.
  • Analyzing requirements and converting functional requirements to technical objects.
  • Writing Functional specifications based on solution design and Process mapping.
  • Assisting the Technical team for Test data and active participation in Integration and UAT testing activities.
  • Working on Project specific requests in addition to system support.
  • Supporting and managing Fiori Tiles based on Business requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 8+ years’ experience in SAP Applications areas including S4 HANA EWM, Logistics, Kanban, and JIT functionalities.
  • At least three full life cycles of SAP implementation experience in EWM.
  • Experience in Neptune software is preferred.
  • Strong management, communication, planning, and administrative skills.
  • Experience in project management.
