Job Description

Tide is seeking a People Partner to join their team in Bulgaria. This role will focus on providing a best-in-class employee experience to Tide's global team, partnering with managers and senior stakeholders. The People Partner will be hands-on and self-motivated, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

The People Partner will work on all people-related matters, supporting people initiatives and business leaders with their teams. They will also support day-to-day needs, advise managers and senior stakeholders, and ensure that Tide's people are taken care of, happy, engaged, and recognized.

Role involves:

  • Improving service delivery and customer service
  • Partnering with managers on core processes
  • Coaching and advising managers on performance and growth
  • Acting as an advisor on employee relations
  • Supporting employee lifecycle management
  • Advising managers on non-employees
  • Supporting the roll out of new people initiatives
  • Being a cultural ambassador

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian employment legislation
  • Experience with global compliance
  • Experience performing data driven analysis using excel / google sheets
  • Experience working across the whole employee lifecycle
  • Track-record of running initiatives and increasing employee engagement
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
