Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Management to lead its global HR Business Partner function and Learning & Development efforts. This role is crucial for shaping Apollo.io’s future of work, focusing on scale, efficiency, and culture in a generative AI-driven environment. The Senior Director will partner with senior leaders to align people, performance, and culture with business goals, serving as a strategic thought leader and operational driver.Apollo.io is looking for someone to:
- Lead and develop the People Business Partner and Learning and Development functions.
- Provide strategic advising to senior leaders on talent strategy, structure, and performance.
- Drive organizational design initiatives for GenAI efficiency.
- Develop future-focused Learning & Development programs.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture at scale.
- Drive strategies for remote-first excellence.
- Execute talent strategy and career growth frameworks.
- Make data-driven decisions using engagement surveys and talent analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and other People functions.
- Ensure organizational readiness for Apollo.io’s product roadmap.
- Lead change and build trust with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles.
- Experience supporting technical teams and leading global HRBP and L&D teams.
- Success in building and evolving HR functions in fast-growing environments.
- Strong experience designing org structures and talent strategies that leverage automation and AI.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively at the executive level.
- Deep expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- Experience driving culture initiatives in a remote-first or hybrid company.
- Excellent data fluency and communication skills.
