Senior Product Manager

FourKites, the #1 supply chain visibility platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on their Over the Road (OTR) Shipment solution. The ideal candidate will shape the future of real-time visibility for ground transportation, working closely with customers to understand their needs and drive enhancements to current offerings. • Defining and articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OTR Shipment solution.
• Engaging with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for solution enhancement.
• Translating customer needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Leading the end-to-end launch of new products and SKUs.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Diving deep into technical details and engaging in technical discussions with engineering.
• Utilizing product and engineering tools to manage backlogs and track progress.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Proven domain expertise in supply chain and logistics, specifically within transportation or freight management.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and delve into technical details with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding and experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in the United States, with availability to collaborate effectively within US time zones.
